You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. Those under 18 years old are not permitted to stay in a Premier Inn hotel unless a parent or guardian is also staying in the hotel.

Yes, you can book instantly. As a guest at Cereno Homes, you have the option to book anytime you wish.

At Cereno Homes, we accept Cash, Visa, American Express, Mastercard & Mobile Money.

When you make a booking you’ll be given a booking reference; we’ll include this reference in your confirmation email too.

Booking process takes maximum of 24 hours to be attended to.

You can make bookings up to 12 months in advance.

To cancel any upcoming bookings, click on your company’s name and select bookings. Find the booking you want to cancel and click ‘cancel booking’. This will open a new window with the booking details and an option to keep or cancel the booking.

Yes, and it’s free throughout the hotel, 24/7. It’s seriously fast too, with up to 10MB download and 4MB upload.

Yes, you can connect your device to the TV to watch your own photos, movies, videos and TV shows. All our hotels have Wi-Fi mirroring so you don’t need any wires – just follow these instructions.

1. Connect your phone or tablet to hub Wi-Fi

2. Select ‘Connect device’ on the TV, and choose either the Airplay (iOS / Apple devices) or Mirrorcast (Android)

3. Select the same Airplay or Mirrorcast on your device

a. For iPhone – a 4 digit code then appears on the TV, which you enter on your device

b. For android – select ‘Samsung TV’ on your device

4. The screen from your device will then be mirrored on the TV screen. Simply control what you play from your phone as normal.

5. To exit, and watch normal TV again, either turn off (iOS) or disconnect (Android) mirroring on your phone or tablet.

Our rates are per room, per night. They include VAT. Meals are not included in the room price. When you book, we’ll give you a total price for the rooms and number of nights you’ve requested.
Absolutely, you can book for another person in accordance with our terms and conditions at premierinn.com. It is important to understand however that it is you, the booker, who is responsible for ensuring that each person who stays at the hotel under your booking complies with our terms and conditions. This means that even if you make a booking for someone else’s benefit and you don’t stay yourself, you must ensure your guest complies with the terms of your booking, such as by checking out on time. Additionally, it is you, the booker – not your guest – who is liable in the rare event any damage may be caused during the stay. When booking a hotel for another person you will simply need to provide their full name at the time of booking and secure payment with your card details in advance.

Yes, this is a secure site, so all the details you enter as part of your booking are stored safely. You’ll see that this site uses a secure server and a high level of encryption.

In most cases you will be given a receipt on checking in. If you pay upfront when making your booking, a full VAT receipt will be included in the email confirmation of your booking.
