About Cereno Homes.

Several housing policies have been implemented in Ghana since independence in 1957. Despite these policies, housing situation in Ghana is nevertheless still characterized by inadequate housing stock, overcrowding, congestion, housing decay and neighbourhood blight.

CERENO HOMES examines the outcomes of pre and post-colonial housing policies in Ghana. We have determined the most “Innovative” and “Feasible” ways forward for the country’s housing industry where prospective homeowners will only have to show proof of land titles and then immediately move to site for your dream structures to be built.

We have taken note of all past housing policy interventions in Ghana and why they failed to realize their intended objectives and therefore we have put together the most appropriate models that can accommodate your needs. Cereno Homes is here to roll out housing policies in the country that accommodate the financial conditions of each and every potential homeowners especially the working class who do not need to burden themselves with contracting loans for housing.
